Do you dream of a life changing experience in the warm, welcoming realm of Mother India?

Are you looking for a spark to inspire you for a juicer, happier and healthier life?

We, Stephanie Sayegh and Ulli Allmendinger, invite you to join us for a very special treat in the middle of the jungle: Yoga and Ayurveda combined at the source of their creation, India.

Yoga and Ayurveda are both sciences of Agni or divine fire. They teach us how to use this power during all cycles of life, in order to achieve balance and keep growth through circulation and movement.

We all have the capacity to move into our own choices. And at every stage, our inner fire, the spiritual aspiration deep within us, accompanies us. Everything starts with Desire and, when Will, Knowledge and Action happen at the same time, we call it anugraha or The Grace of God.

Agni, or the Transforming Fire will supports you all along the way to expand and create the alchemy of transformation into your new YOU!

We will delve, for this retreat, into the warm, welcoming Samata Holistic Retreat Center, in Goa. Created by passionate and talented practitioners in the Asian Holistic Arts, everything is chosen carefully. All of the cottages are built from traditional Indonesian village homes, all from recycled teak wood. Their rustic yet elegant architecture has a temple feeling. All rooms have AC, en-suite bathrooms, hot water, Wifi and a safe for your valuables. The delicious and nourishing Ayurvedic food is prepared with love and care, directly sourced from their on-site organic garden.

During your spare time, Samata Clinic will invite you to experience practitioners ranging from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Tibetan Medicine, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology and a wide range of Massage and Body Work. You will also be able to swim in the ocean, visit the local villages and the sights around Samata. Our retreat will be organized to surround you with Inspiration, Spontaneity and Creativity.

We are very much looking forward to sharing this experience with you…

About Stephanie Sayegh Tanca

My passion, my mantra, is to guide others on both their inward journey and their physical practice, to lead them to finding their own Unique Self.

I am a French heart surgery nurse who certified as Yoga, Pilates and Pranayama instructor more than a decade ago.  Currently based in Marseille, I am back to France after 24 years of living abroad.

Studying under the direction of internationally renowned teachers and Yoga schools, I’ve been delving into the instruction of Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Anusara and Embodied Flow practices. I love the passionate, powerful transformative practice of Pranayama, and I have studied intensively under the guidance of Sri O. P. Tiwari, Richard Freeman and Rod Stryker as well as many other inspirational teachers.

Tantra is the philosophy of Life that has been leading me the most since 2011. Its study with Douglas Brooks, Carlos Pomeda and Tara Judelle make the dive even more rewarding, always ready to learn more. As a student of Stanislav Grof, I am going into a deeper exploration of the Human species with Holotropic Breathwork.

Whatever your initial reason for starting a session with me, I will help you to explore your personal and unique strength. You will start to perform and use your assets for practice on and off the mat.

My classes will facilitate a well-adapted use of breathing.  Together we will cultivate a physical/mental resiliency through a practice that is joyful, fluid and challenging. You will gain access to your inner world of inspiration, creativity and love.

Become a Student of Life!  Just jump on a mat and take a ride with me on this amazing journey.
